THE ASSESSMENT
Choose a social justice issue that is important to you. Research both sides of the issue, then create an argument to persuade us on your position. Present a 2 min Soapbox speech.
Soapbox Speech must include:
CLAIM - must be clear, and state your position on the topic
REASONS - 2 focused reasons that support the claim
EVIDENCE - 2 sources of evidence to support each reason. Sources must come from recent news articles and/or organizations
