Knights Training Course Description
The goals of the Knight training course is for Squires to learn to interpret themes in literature and look at literature critically. Squires expand their writing abilities by learning to write and think critically as they examine the various works of literature. All Training Modules will be enhanced with a training text that relates to a specific theme. During each Training Module, Squires will participate in discussions, complete a variety of activities, and end each Training Module with a culminating activity that will show proficiency according to the Common Core State Standards for 8th Grade Language Arts.

Black, Blue, Red (or other color) Pens
Books required for class
